How to use MyFlexDiet?

- Select a meal
- Search and add food items to the meal
- Press "Done" when the meal is complete
- MyFlexDiet completes the other 2 meals for the day
- Substitute or change any food item as you wish

 

How to select a meal?

- From the Home page, press "Breakfast" "Lunch" or "Dinner"
- Search by "All" "Recent" or "Favorite"
- Select a food item
- Select number of servings
- Add more food items
- Press "Done" when complete

 

Is there a limit on the calorie count of the selected meal?

- Yes, the limit is 60% of the daily target

 

What is the difference between Substitute and Change a food item?

- "Substitute" allows a food item to be substituted by another item within the category
- "Change" allows the food item to be changed to any other item

 

How to substitue or change a food item?

- From the Meal Plan page, select a food item
- Press "Substitute" or "Change"
- Search and select another food item
- Select number of servings
- Press "Save"

 

How to change number of servings?

- From the Meal Plan page, select a food item
- Change number of servings
Note: the number of servings is limited by the residual of the target

 

How to add a food item to the "Favorite" list?

- From the Food Item page, press the star icon

 

How to change categories for a meal?

- From the Home page, press "Category"
- Press any category to change it to another category
- Press "+" to add a category
- Swipe from right to left to delete a category

 

How to use the Diary?

- From the Meal Plan page, press "Save" to add to the Diary
- Press "Diary" icon at the bottom bar, and select any date to view the saved meal plan

 

How to change the target daily calorie intake?

- Press "Setting"
- Press "Edit"
- Select the new goal
- Press "Next"
- Change the profile
- Press "Save"
